Raw Vegan Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:

BASE:

1/2 cup cashews

1/2 cup peanuts

1 cup desiccated coconut

1 cup apricots (pre soaked 20 mins)

Put everything in the food processor for 5

min. Cover the entire tray with it.

FILLING:

3 ripe avocados

3/4 cup cacao powder

1 1/4 cups of dates (pre soaked 20 mins -

remove seed)

1/2 cup coconut oil

Pinch Celtic Sea Salt

(Optional Maple Syrup to taste)

Put everything in the food processor for 5

mins. Cover pie crust with it, garnish as you desire.

refrigerate overnight before serving
