Raw Vegan Chocolate Cheesecake
BASE:
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup peanuts
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup apricots (pre soaked 20 mins)
Put everything in the food processor for 5
min. Cover the entire tray with it.
FILLING:
3 ripe avocados
3/4 cup cacao powder
1 1/4 cups of dates (pre soaked 20 mins - remove seed)
1/2 cup coconut oil
Pinch Celtic Sea Salt
(Optional Maple Syrup to taste)
Put everything in the food processor for 5mins. Cover pie crust with it, garnish as you desire. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
