Example of Inclusions
4 -7 nights accomodation
Breakfast, dinner, dessert, and 2 lunches
All lunches can be included on request
All organic and non-GMO food with a focus on vegetarian, Indian and heart inspired cuisine
2 heart inspired cooking experiences with Jess.
2 x Daily Qi Gong or movement sessions with Bel
Spice or Tea worksop and tasting with Jess

Therapists can be provided to indulge in treatments throughout the retreat.
Transfers to/from airport. If you require pickup/drop-off to a different location, a small fee may be required.

The Food.
Throughout this retreat you will be inspired to create delicious meals that nourish your body on a deeper level.
Take part in cooking workshops that will give you a whole new level of connection to your food and newfound inspiration in the kitchen.
You will walk away feeling more confident and free in the kitchen, and empowered to experiment with herbs, spices, colour, texture & fresh produce.
While this retreat has a huge emphasis on organic nutrition, it’s not about diet rules or eliminating certain food groups. It’s about using your eyes and your heart to help guide you in making food that nourishes you better than any diet or supplement could.
All food we will be eating is organic and non-GMO, with an emphasis on heart inspired and Ayurvedic Indian cuisine.
Give yourself permission to enjoy every mouthful, and expect to go to bed very well fed!
Our Nourish Retreats are great for people who want to develop new cooking skills (but if you’re only interested in the eating part, that’s okay!). Nourish is for those who are simply ready to rest and be nurtured from the inside out.
We have a focus on vibrant vegetarian dishes made with local produce, and can cater for any dietary requirements.

There is no pressure to take part in anything.
If you want to sleep in, sleep in.
We’re not about cramming you with sights and experiences.
This is your time to go inward and connect back into yourself.
Eat, sleep, rest, read, swim, journal, walk, chat, or simply enjoy some time alone amongst the sounds of nature.
If you want to join in for group cooking lessons, qi gong, night meditations, outings and more, there is so much on offer for you to enjoy.

We offer bespoke heart inspired experiences designed to help you reconnect with yourself, your body, mind, and food. Our retreats are priced from an estimated $1999pp for twin share accommodations of a group of 8, ensuring an all-inclusive experience that caters to your wellness journey. Each retreat is thoughtfully curated to provide a nurturing environment where you can immerse yourself in transformative practices, nourishing organic meals, and holistic activities. Join us for an enriching escape that inspires personal growth and revitalization.
Pricing is dependant on location, amount of quests, style of accomodation.

For a QLD based retreat of 4 nights minimum of 6 people an estimated average price of $1799 pp for twin share and $2299 pp private room.
Retreats can be held in locations across , Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Bali and beyond. Other locations are available on request. Prices will vary.
