What's Inside?

Each pack contains a certified organic blend of tomato powder, smoked paprika and our brisket spice blend, with a touch of coconut sugar. This recipe base is:

Cook from the heart

Rub a 1.5 to 2kg piece of meat with olive oil, coat it well with the whole sachet, and rest it for an hour so the flavour can soak in. Add ½ cup of water, cover, and cook low at around 160°C for 4 hours, or until it's falling apart. Stir a little cornflour through the cooking liquid for a rich gravy, then pull the meat apart with two forks. Full instructions are on the pack.

Serve it hot with your favourite sides. We love corn ribs, coleslaw and smashed spuds.
