Ingredients
- 1 tsp ground ashwagandha
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 cup whole milk or nut milk

- A pinch of ground cardamom, nutmeg, ginger and black pepper
- 1 tsp virgin coconut oil
- 1 tsp honey
