How to Make the Perfect Rice
Making delicious homemade basmati rice requires just three simple ingredients:

Perfect Basmati Rice Recipe Instructions

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of organic basmati rice
- 1 teaspoon of ghee
- A pinch of turmeric or cumin seeds or leave out
- 2 cups of water

Instructions:
- Add 2 cups of organic basmati rice to a saucepan.
- Add 1 teaspoon of ghee and a pinch of turmeric to the rice; stir to coat the rice evenly.
- Add 2 cups of water to the saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil.
- As soon as it starts boiling, reduce the heat to the lowest setting so that it is just simmering. Cover with a lid.
- Cook for 12 minutes (do not lift the lid during cooking).
- After 12 minutes, turn off the heat and set aside the saucepan.
