This recipe is lick-the-spoon good! Spiced Vegan Cashew Cheese w/ added collagen for extra nourishing goodness!
Ingredients
1.5 cup of cashews
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tomato
1 garlic clove
2 tsp of our Organic Tandoori Mix
125ml coconut cream
2 tsp collagen powder
Salt to taste
Just blend it all up, and serve with a drizzle of olive oil! It makes an amazing dip for crackers or spread for your wraps.
