Dinner is on the table in just 15 minutes with these vibrant and mouthwatering Mexican Bolognese Beef Burrito Bowls! Wondering what the secret is? It’s all in the prep. The rich, flavourful Bolognese beef is already cooked ( you can find the full recipe here) - you're simply using half of it to create a whole new dish. Juicy Bolognese beef, veggies, fluffy rice, and all your favourite toppings. It’s a feast for the eyes and the taste buds.
Ingredients for Mexican Beef Bolognese Bowls :
- 500g cooked organic Bolognese mince
- 1 tin of beans, drained
- 1 cup of corn
- 1/2 Avocado per bowl
- Desirable amount of organic rice per bowl
- 1-2 tbsp per bowl Sour cream
- fresh coriander
Cooking Instructions:
- Warm : The bolognese sauce in a pan on low
- Veggies: Add the corn and the beans
- Simmer: Put a lid on and simmer for about 10 minutes, until everything is warm
- Serve: With your favourite sides: we chose organic rice, avocado and sour cream
- Top up: With fresh coriander
