Made with organic freeze-dried chicken bone broth and organic basmati rice, it’s rich in nutrients, dairy-free, and full of warming seasonal spices and herbs. Whether you need a quick Christmas side dish, a wholesome holiday recipe, or a simple crowd-pleasing addition to your festive feast, this flavour-packed rice comes together in minutes and tastes like Christmas in a bowl.

Ingredients for Festive Organic Chicken Bone Broth Rice Wreath:

  • 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pack of Organic Chicken Bone Broth Rice
  • 2 cups of water
  • Juice of one small orange
  • 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cups dry fruit ( cranberries and apricots, can also use raisins) 
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley 
  • 1 cherry tomato
  • 3 thin slices long side of cucumber

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Add : the olive oil in a medium source pan
  2. Add: the content of the rice pack to the pan
  3. Add: the orange juice and the two cups of water (500ml)
  4. Add: the dry fruit and sun dried tomatoes, stir
  5. Bring: to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover with a lid and simmer for 12 minutes.
  6. Shape: using a bowl and a big plate shape the wreath
  7. Ribbon: using the thin cucumber slices make the bow and add the cherry tomato on top 
  8. Sprinkle: the fresh herbs on top
