How to make

Stovetop

  1. Add the contents of the pack to a medium saucepan with 1 teaspoon oil of choice.
  2. Add 2 cups (500ml) water. Stir.
  3. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat to low, cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve warm.

Rice cooker

  1. Add the contents of the pack to a rice cooker.
  2. Add 2 cups (500ml) water. Stir.
  3. Set the rice cooker to COOK. Serve warm.

Serves 4 as a side dish.

Make a meal! Add 1 cup of diced vegetables to the pot before cooking. Serve with poached or grilled chicken and your favourite sauce for a hearty, nutritious dinner or meal prep.
