Ingredients for Easy Mild Indian Curry:

  • 1 Quick Stix Mild Indian Curry recipe base
  • 2-3 tablespoons of ghee or coconut oil
  • 1 kg of chopped chicken thighs (or your choice of protein, such as tofu for a vegan option)
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tin of coconut cream
  • Optional: Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat: In a large saucepan, heat 2-3 tablespoons of ghee or coconut oil over medium heat.
  2. Brown Protein: Add the 1 kg of chopped chicken thighs (or your choice of protein) and brown them until cooked through.
  3. Add Seasoning: Stir in the Quick Stix Mild Indian Curry recipe base, coating the meat and cooking until fragrant.
  4. Mix in Liquids: Add 1 cup of water and 1 tin of coconut cream. Stir thoroughly to combine.
