With Quick Stix, a fragrant coconut curry is so easy. Stir the seasoning into a little coconut oil until fragrant, then add your chicken, water, coconut cream and a splash of fish sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes and serve with steamed jasmine rice, fresh lime and coriander. Full instructions are on the pack.

Use 500g chicken and 500g diced veggies for extra colour, or swap the chicken for white fish or green prawns with a handful of cherry tomatoes.
