Sweet Carob & Cinnamon pop corn

Ingredients:
1 cup of organic popping corn
1 tbsp Organic Coconut sugar
1 tbsp Organic Carob powder ( can swap with Organic cacao powder)
1 tsp Organic Ceylon Cinnamon 
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1/2 cup of water 

Preparation:

1.  Pop the corn using your usual method
2.  In a small pot add the coconut sugar, cinnamon, carob powder, coconut oil and water. Stir and bring to boil and let it simmer for a few minutes until all is well combined
3.  Pour on top of the popcorn and mix well
4.  Serve and enjoy straight away 
Tips:
Any left keep in an airtight container for a day or two, but it is best eaten on the day.
