Rice Cooker Kitchari

This comforting dish is not only nourishing but also effortless to prepare—simply add everything to a rice cooker and let it work its magic. Ingredients 

1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil or Ghee
1 bag Love My Earth Turmeric Kitchari rice mix
2 Cups of small chopped veggies
4 cups of boiling Water

Preparation

  1. Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil or ghee to the rice cooker and turmeric kitchari rice mix.
  2. Add 2 cups of small chopped vegetables - we used Elgin organic frozen vegetables for convenience.
  3. Add 3 cups of boiling water for a drier rice kitchari.
  4. Turn the rice cooker to cook and let it do its thing.
  5. Serve with your choice of toppings or enjoy just on it's own
