Pancakes are an easy and delicious breakfast. I’m partial to a savoury pancake so I add a teaspoon of curry powder to give it a little extra flavour. This is also a great recipe to have made up in the fridge at home. It will last for several days.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of organic flour
- 1 teaspoon of any Love My Earth Organic Curry Powder
- 1 cup of milk of choice
- 1 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Preparation
1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl
2. Let sit for 10 minutes
3. Fry in a pan in coconut oil
4. Serve with stir-fried vegetables and cashew cheese
