This ceremonial cacao drink recipe is a nourishing, heart-opening wellness ritual made with organic ceremonial-grade cacao, warming Ceylon cinnamon, and your choice of milk. This creamy cacao latte is simple to prepare, naturally sweetened, and perfect for morning intention-setting, meditation, or an afternoon energy boost without coffee.
Ingredients:
- 20g Organic Ceremonial Cacao
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp Organic Ceylon Cinnamon
- pinch of Celtic salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Boil: in a small source pan add the water, heat it, but don’t boil it
- Add: the ceremonial cacao to the water and Let it sit for 1-2 minutes until it softens.
- Pour: the milk and add the cinnamon and salt
- Blend: blend with a small blender until silky and frothy
- Pour: in your favourite cup, set an intention, take a few deep breaths, and enjoy slowly.
Serving suggestion:
Sprinkle cinnamon on top and dry frozen raspberries.
