No-Bake Healthy Superfood Slice (Gluten-Free, Refined Sugar-Free)

Looking for an easy no-bake healthy slice that’s nourishing, naturally sweetened, and packed with superfoods? This No-Bake Superfood Layered Slice is gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and made with wholesome ingredients that support energy, mood, and balance.

Loaded with organic maca powder, organic cacao nibs, and organic Ceylon cinnamon, this layered slice is perfect for healthy snacking, lunchboxes, festive Christmas prep, or keeping a nourishing treat on hand in the fridge or freezer. Best of all- no oven required.

Base Layer:

  • 2 cups natural almond meal
  • 1/8 cup organic cacao nibs
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup


Superfood Middle Layer:

  • 3/4 cup nut butter
  • 1 tbsp organic maca powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Chocolate Topping:

  • 80g dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp organic Ceylon cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp peanuts, roasted and chopped (raw peanuts also work well)

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Mix: the almond meal, cacao nibs, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Press: the mixture firmly into a lined small square tin to form a crunchy, nutrient-dense base layer.
  3. Combinethe salad by adding the shredded cabbage to a bowl with a pinch of salt. Gently squeeze with your hands until softened.
  4. Spread: the superfood mixture evenly over the base layer, gently pressing with the back of a spoon.
  5. Melt: the dark chocolate and pour it evenly over the top.
  6. Sprinkle: with organic Ceylon cinnamon and chopped peanuts, lightly pressing them into the chocolate.
  7. Sprinkle: in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours or until firm. Slice and enjoy.
