Ingredients:
1/3 cup Natural Almond meal
1 spoon maple syrup
1/2 cup of Peanut butter
1 tbsp Organic Cacao powder ( optional but gives extra chocolaty vibes)
Pinch of Celtic salt (optional)
1 cup Organic Dark chocolate chips
Preparation:
1. Make the batter by simply mixing all the ingredients apart from the chocolate. The peanut butter mixture should be sticky like a wet cookie dough. If not adjust by either adding more almond meal or more peanut butter
2. Shape the eggs. Scoop the mixture with a spoon and place on a baking sheet. Shape with your hands into an egg shape if you like. Put in the freezer for 30 minutes to and hour. The longer the eggs stay in the freezer the easier is to dip them into the chocolate
3. Melt the chocolate and leave it to cool down
4. Dip each egg into the chocolate and place back on the baking paper
5. Decorate with a bit of a peanut butter on top of each
6. Place in the freezer for 10-20 minutes or until the chocolate sets
7. Enjoy straight away and keep in an airtight container either in the fridge or freezer
