Ingredients for Einkorn savoury crackers:
- 1 1/4 cup of Organic Einkorn flour
- 150g pumpkin seeds - chopped or grinned
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 7 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 6 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp fine Celtic Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Infuse : Soak the herbs in two tbsp of extra virgin olive oil for 10-15 min (optional), it brings out the flavours from the herbs. You can also add them dry to the mix.
- Mix: All the dry ingredients
- Add the liquid: Add all the olive oil and mix well with the dry ingredients. Add the water slowly while mixing
- Add the herbs: Add the soak herbs and combine well with the rest
- Shape: Flatten the dough to about 4-5 mm and cut in the desired shapes
- Bake: In a pre-heated oven at 180° degrees for 20 minutes, on a non stick baking sheet or on baking paper
- Cool down: Let them cool down before you enjoy them
Serving Suggestion:
