Ingredients for Einkorn savoury crackers:

 

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Infuse : Soak the herbs in two tbsp of extra virgin olive oil for 10-15 min (optional), it brings out the flavours from the herbs. You can also add them dry to the mix.
  2. Mix: All the dry ingredients 
  3. Add the liquid: Add all the olive oil and mix well with the dry ingredients. Add the water slowly while mixing
  4. Add the herbs: Add the soak herbs and combine well with the rest
  5. Shape: Flatten the dough to about 4-5 mm and cut in the desired shapes
  6. Bake: In a pre-heated oven at 180° degrees for 20 minutes, on a non stick baking sheet or on baking paper
  7. Cool down: Let them cool down before you enjoy them 

Serving Suggestion:

Serve your Einkorn crackers with a heathy dip and freshly cut veggies or enjoy on their own. Perfect for kids lunchboxes and a snack on the go.
