Ingredients:
1 cup Organic roasted peanuts
1 tsp Organic Curry Mix: Shahi Korma
1 tsp Organic Coconut sugar
1 tbsp Tamari sauce
1 cup Coconut cream
1 tbsp water
Lime juice from 1 lime
Fresh coriander for decoration and a bit of colour
1/3 fresh chilly for decoration and a bit of colour
Preparation:
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend for a few minutes on a high setting until the consistency is nice and smooth
- Decorate with fresh chilli, a few peanuts and fresh coriander
- Add a pinch of salt if needed
Tips:
If you have extra 5 minutes, to bring out the flavours even more, blend everything without the lime juice. Place the sauce on the hob on a low setting and stir in the lime juice. Leave on the hot for two minutes, decorate and serve.
Add more liquid to make it a dressing
Add chilli to make it spicier
