Ingredients
1 cup Natural Almond meal
1 tbsp Organic Ashwagandha powder
1 tsp Aluminium free Bi-carb Soda
3 tbsp Organic Cacao powder
1/4 cup Hulled Tahini
1/4 cup honey
1/4 chopped raw walnuts, plus a handful extra for decorating the biscuits
4 tbsp water
Preparation:
- Mix everything in a bowl until it is well combined, especially the tahini
- The texture should be sticky, but not dry. Add 1-2 tbsp or water or oil from the tahini
- Scoop the mixture and place on a baking paper
- Decorate the biscuits with the extra walnuts
- Bake in a warmed over for 10 minutes at 175oC
- Take them out and leave to cool down. They will look soft but once cooled down they will harden.
Tips:
If notice the edges of the cookies burning, reduce the temperature to 170oC degrees.
