Instructions:
- Boil Water: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Add Ginger: In a teapot add sliced or grated ginger and the boiling water.
- Add Butterfly Pea Flowers: Stir in 1 tablespoon of butterfly pea flower tea. Steep for 5 minutes..
- Add Mint: While the tea is warm, add a handful of fresh mint leaves and let it infuse for another 2-3 minutes.
- Sweeten (Optional): Stir in honey or your preferred sweetener to taste, if desired.
- Serve: Enjoy hot or chilled over ice, garnished with lemon slices and extra mint.
