Healthier Taco bowls

Ingredients for Quick Stix Taco Healthier Taco Bowls:

  • Quick Stix Mix Taco Mince recipe
  • 500g mince meat
  • 2 cups frozen corn 
  • 1 tin black beans, drained
  • 1/2 red capsicum diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil/ghee/coconut oil
  • 1 small red onion diced
  • 2 cups of water

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Saute : In a pan add the oil and saute the onion and capsicum.
  2. Season: Add the organic Taco seasoning and the meat. Break into small chunks.
  3. Add veggies: Add the water, beans and corn. Stir well.
  4. Simmer: For 30 minutes on low heat or until the meat is fully cooked


Serving Suggestion:

Serve your Taco Bowls with organic Basmati rice, corn chips, guacamole, sour cream, cherry tomatoes and fresh coriander. side.
