Quick Stix Chicken Bone Broth Rice

This quick and wholesome Chicken Bone Broth Rice is the perfect comfort dish for busy days. In under 20 minutes, you can enjoy a flavorful one-pan meal that’s light yet satisfying. Top it with fresh coriander and serve with your favourite sauce for a simple, healthy, and delicious dinner.

Ingredients for Chicken Bone Broth Rice:

  • 1 pack Organic Chicken Bone Broth Rice
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup of mixed frozen veggies
  • 1 cup of grilled chicken 
  • 1 bowl of fresh spinach leaves 
  • Fresh coriander leaves 

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Add : a spoon of olive oil in a medium source pan
  2. Add: the content of the rice pack to the pan
  3. Add: Two cups of water (500ml), stir
  4. Bring to boil: Then reduce heat to low, cover with a lid and simmer for 12 minutes.
  5. Stir: Stir in the veggies and the chicken while it is on the hob on low for two minutes
  6. Serve: Top up with fresh coriander and serve warm.

Serving Suggestion:

Serve with fresh herbs and your favourite sause.
