Ingredients for Chicken Bone Broth Rice:
- 1 pack Organic Chicken Bone Broth Rice
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of mixed frozen veggies
- 1 cup of grilled chicken
- 1 bowl of fresh spinach leaves
- Fresh coriander leaves
Cooking Instructions:
- Add : a spoon of olive oil in a medium source pan
- Add: the content of the rice pack to the pan
- Add: Two cups of water (500ml), stir
- Bring to boil: Then reduce heat to low, cover with a lid and simmer for 12 minutes.
- Stir: Stir in the veggies and the chicken while it is on the hob on low for two minutes
- Serve: Top up with fresh coriander and serve warm.
