Ingredients for Mild Indian Prawn Curry:
- 2 tbsp of ghee
- 1 sachet of Organic Milf Indian Curry Quick Stix Mix
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of green beans, chopped
- 1 tin of coconut cream
- 1 bowl of fresh spinach leaves
- Fresh coriander leaves
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes - halved (optional)
- 2-3 tbsp Organic nigella seed
Cooking Instructions:
- Add : the ghee to a medium sized pan
- Sautée: the onion for about two minutes
- Add: the prawns and green beans, cooking until lightly browned.
- Add: the Organic Mild Indian Curry seasoning and coat everything until fragrant.
- Stir: Pour in water + coconut cream and stir well.
- Bring: to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes until slightly thickened.

Add: Halfway through, stir in spinach.
Serving suggestion:
Top up with fresh coriander, nigella seeds, fresh chilli (if you want a bit of spice), fresh cherry tomatoes and organic basmati rice.
