Mild Indian Prawn Curry

Ingredients for Mild Indian Prawn Curry:

  • 2 tbsp of ghee
  • 1 sachet of Organic Milf Indian Curry Quick Stix Mix
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of green beans, chopped
  • 1 tin of coconut cream
  • 1 bowl of fresh spinach leaves 
  • Fresh coriander leaves 
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes - halved (optional)
  • 2-3 tbsp Organic nigella seed

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Add : the ghee to a medium sized pan
  2. Sautée: the onion for about two minutes 
  3. Add: the prawns and green beans, cooking until lightly browned.
  4. Add: the Organic Mild Indian Curry seasoning and coat everything until fragrant.
  5. Stir: Pour in water + coconut cream and stir well.
  6. Bring: to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Add: Halfway through, stir in spinach.

Serving suggestion:

Top up with fresh coriander, nigella seeds, fresh chilli (if you want a bit of spice), fresh cherry tomatoes and organic basmati rice.
