Made with Organic Quick Stix Taco Mix, these tacos deliver bold flavour without compromising on clean ingredients. Paired with a crunchy cabbage salad and a creamy avocado-dill sauce, they’re naturally gluten-free, nourishing, and perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or healthy entertaining.

Ingredients for Fish Tacos:

  • 1 kg fish, cut into chunks (skinless and boneless)
  • 1 sachet of Organic Taco Quick Stix Mix
  • 30 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • Lime wedges
  • Corn tacos (for a GF version) or soft wheat tacos

For the crunchy salad:

  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup white cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup of corn
  • 1/2 red capsicum, diced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, diced 
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Handful of fresh dill, finely chopped

For the Creamy Avocado Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp Greek coconut yogurt
  • 1 avo
  • Pinch of fine Celtic salt
  • A handful of fresh coriander 
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed 
  • Extra Fresh coriander leaves for topping

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Coat: the fish in a bowl with olive oil and Organic Quick Stix Taco Mix. Use your hands to massage the seasoning evenly for maximum flavour.
  2. Bake: the fish on a non-toxic baking tray at 180°C for 20 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
  3. Prepare: the salad by adding the shredded cabbage to a bowl with a pinch of salt. Gently squeeze with your hands until softened.
  4. Add:the remaining vegetables, pineapple, fresh dill, and lemon juice. Toss well and set aside.
  5. Blend: all sauce ingredients until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  6. Assemble: the tacos by layering the crunchy salad onto the corn tacos, topping with baked fish, and finishing with a generous drizzle of the creamy avocado sauce.
