Ready in just 20 minutes, this easy recipe combines tender, flavour-packed beef, melty cheese, and soft tortillas baked to golden perfection with a rich tomato passata topping. Ingredients for Cheesy Slow Cooked - Beef pockets:

    • 200g Yellow cheese, grated
    • 4 tbsp Tomato passata 
    • 400g Slow cooked beef 
    • 6 small size soft tortillas

    Cooking Instructions:

    1. Cut: the tortillas in half
    2. Add: a spoon mixture of the slow cooked beef
    3. Add: a spoon of grated cheese 
    4. Fold: the tortilla as a triangle 
    5. Place: in a baking tray
    6. Spread: tomato passata
    7. Top up: with more yellow cheese
    8. Bake: in a pre-heated over at 180 C for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts and starts to crisp up
