Ingredients for Cheesy Slow Cooked - Beef pockets:
- 200g Yellow cheese, grated
- 4 tbsp Tomato passata
- 400g Slow cooked beef
- 6 small size soft tortillas

Cooking Instructions:
- Cut: the tortillas in half
- Add: a spoon mixture of the slow cooked beef
- Add: a spoon of grated cheese
- Fold: the tortilla as a triangle
- Place: in a baking tray
- Spread: tomato passata
- Top up: with more yellow cheese
- Bake: in a pre-heated over at 180 C for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts and starts to crisp up
