Looking for the most tender, flavour-packed slow cooked beef you’ll ever make? This Slow Cooked Beef Brisket is made with a rich sautéed onion base and organic spices - no fillers, no nasties, just deep, wholesome flavour. Slow cooked until melt-in-your-mouth tender, it’s the ultimate comfort meal.
Made with Organic Savoury Mince Recipe Base, this dish delivers bold, hearty flavour using clean, organic ingredients. Paired with sweet caramelised onions and tomatoes, it’s naturally nourishing, gluten-free friendly, and perfect for easy family dinners, meal prep, or feeding a crowd.
Ingredients for Fish Tacos:
- 1 kg fish, cut into chunks (skinless and boneless)
- 1 sachet of Savoury Mince Quick Stix Mix 55g-Organic recipe base & seasoning

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1 tin crushed tomatoes
- 1-1.5 cups of water or beef stock
- Fresh coriander or parsley, chopped
For the crunchy salad:
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup white cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup of corn
- 1/2 red capsicum, diced
- 1/2 cup pineapple, diced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Handful of fresh dill, finely chopped
Cooking Instructions:
- Saute: the onions in a cast pot with olive oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until soft, golden, and slightly caramelised.
- Sear: the brisket by pushing the onion to the side. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until nicely brown.
- Season: the beef by sprinkling half of the Organic Savoury Mince Recipe Base on one side. Add a cup of water or stock, then turn the meat and add the remaining spice mix.
- Add: the tinned tomatoes and gently combine everything in the pan.
- Slow cook: in a preheated oven at 160 C (fen forced) for 3.5-4.5 hours, or until the beef is tender and easily pull apart.
- Shed: the brisket using two forks and mic through the rice sauce

Finish: with freshly chopped herbs for a burst of freshness.
