Ingredients for Beef Bone Broth Rice:
- 1 pack Organic Beef Bone Broth Rice
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of frozen spinach
- 1 cup thinly chopped carrots
- 1 cup red cabbage (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup grilled beef steak (cut in strips)
- 1 cup grilled courgette
- Fresh coriander for topping
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat : the olive oil in a medium source pan, add the rice mix and 2 cups of water
- Add: the spinach and bring to boil, then simmer with lid on for 12 minutes
- Stir in: the carrots, beef, cabbage and grilled courgette
- Sprinkle: the fresh coriander on top and serve warm
