- 1 200g bag of organic corn chips
- 250g of cooked Indian Masala Organic Dahl Mix or Bombay Tomato Organic Dahl Mix
- 1 cup of vegan cheese
- Handful of greens to garnish (broccoli sprouts, spring onions)
- Set the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

- Spread the corn chips over a baking tray.
- Pour the cooked dahl over the corn chips.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
