Ingredients for Easter Cacao Butter Chocolates:
- 117g Organic Cacao butter
- 1/2 cup Organic cacao powder
- 60 ml pure maple syrup
- 2.5 tsp vanilla extract
Cooking Instructions:
- Melt : the cacao chunks using a double boiler
- Add : the cacao powder gradually while stirring, making sure it is all combined and the add the maple syrup and the vanilla
- Pour: the chocolate mixture in the moulds
- Cool down: let the mixture cool down for 5-10 minutes and place in the fridge or freezer for 30 minutes or until set
- Store: in an airtight container in the fridge
