This simple, but nourishing Beef Bone Broth Rice Bowl is the perfect quick meal for busy days when you want something wholesome, satisfying, and full of flavour. Made with our Organic Beef Bone Broth Rice, frozen corn and green beans, this one-pot recipe combines the goodness of collagen-rich bone broth with organic basmati rice and nutritious vegetables for an easy family-friendly dinner. Ready in around 20 minutes, it delivers comforting savoury flavours with minimal effort and washing up, while a generous sprinkle of freshly chopped coriander adds a burst of freshness.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack Organic Beef Bone Broth
- 1 cup frozen veggies - corn and green beans

2 cups of water - 500ml
- 1 tbsp oil of your choice
- Fresh herbs - chopped coriander

Cooking Instructions:
- Heat: the olive oil in a medium source pan, add the rice mix and 2 cups of water
- Add: the frozen veggies and bring to boil
- Simmer: with lid on for 10 minutes
- Sprinkle: the fresh chopped herbs on top
