Marble Organic Spiced Cacao cookies

These Marble Organic Spiced Cookies are gluten, dairy and refined sugar free cookies and extra yummy, because of the Organic Spiced Cacao: an aromatic speciality blend crafted from organic Peruvian cacao and whole spices. This versatile mix combines rich cacao with cinnamon, ginger, allspice and a pinch of salt to deliver deep chocolate warmth with bright, warming spice notes.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Natural Almond meal
- 1 tbsp Organic Maca powder
- 1 tbsp Organic Spiced Cacao
- 1/3 maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil (mild olive oil works as well)
Cooking Instructions:
- Pre-heat: the oven at 180 degrees
- Combine: in a bowl the almond meal, maca powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract and the oil
- Divide: the dough in two equal parts
- Add: the Organic Spiced Cacao to half of the dough and combine well, so there are no lumps. Add a few drops of water if needed
- Form: the cookies by taking enough amount of each dough
- Squeeze: slightly to form a cookie and press between your hands to the two parts combine and stay together
- Place: on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until slightly brown
- Cool down: let them cool down for 10-15 minutes
- Store: in a airtight container and in the fridge
