These easy Easter Carob and Cacao Butter Chocolates are a healthy, no-bake treat perfect for the whole family. Made with nourishing ingredients like organic cacao butter, naturally sweet carob, and crunchy rice or millet puffs, they are completely caffeine-free, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free.

Ingredients for Easter Carob & Cacao Butter Chocolates:
- 117g Organic Cacao butter
- 1/2 cup Organic Carob
- 1 cup millet or rice puffs
- 5g crushed freeze-dried raspberries
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cooking Instructions:
- Melt : the cacao chunks using a double boiler
- Add : the carob powder gradually while stirring, making sure it is all combined and the add the maple syrup and the vanilla
- Mix: though the puffs and combine really well with the rest of the mixture
- Place: a bit of the freeze dry raspberries at bottom of each mould
- Pour: the carob mixture on top and add some more raspberries
- Cool down: let the mixture cool down for 5-10 minutes and place in the fridge or freezer for 30 minutes or until set
- Store: in an airtight container in the fridge
