One‑Pan Baked Dumplings

 Ingredients for Quick Stix One‑Pan Butter Chicken Baked Dumplings:

  • Quick Stix Butter Chicken Mix
  • 1 pack of frozen dumplings 
  • 1 tin Organic Coconut Milk
  • 1 Book Choy - diced 
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup frozen beans
  • 1 big tomato - chopped
  • A handful of fresh coriander - finely chopped 
  • 5 tbsp Greek style coconut or dairy yogurt 
  • A handful of fresh mint
  • 1 small lime - juiced
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat: The oven at 200°C, fan forced.
  2. Combine: In a deep baking tray or glass oven safe dish pour the coconut milk. Add the Organic Butter Chicken and whisk until smooth.
  3. Veggies: Add the frozen veggies. Mix with the coconut Butter chicken sauce
  4. Dumplings: Pop them on top and gently press.
  5. Cook: For 20 minutes or until the dumplings are fully cooked, flipping the dumplings half way through. 
  6. Yogurt dip: Blend until combined, the yogurt, mint, salt and lime juice. 

Serving Suggestion:

Serve your dumplings in a deep dish, topped with the yogurt dip, fresh tomato and coriander.

  • Cooking Time: 20 minutes
  • Total Time: 25 minutes
