- ¼ of a purple cabbage (shredded)
- ¼ of a white cabbage (shredded)
- 1 cup of peas
- 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of Love My Earth Organic Shahi Korma Spice Mix
- Oil or ghee
- Pinch of Himalayan rock salt
- Add oil or ghee and mustard seeds to a fry pan.
- Sautee until seeds pop.
- Add the shredded cabbage into the pan and fry.
- Sprinkle curry powder over the cabbage in the fry pan.
- Add the Himalayan rock salt and peas to the fry pan.
Serve this dish as a side to the Vindaloo Curry or Fish Curry.
Add chopped chilli at the start with mustard seeds for a hotter version
